The customer wrote in at 14:02 about a pin terminal that wouldn't pair after the firmware push. The technician on site confirmed the device booted, accepted Wi‑Fi, but never registered with the gateway. We saw 47 similar reports last quarter on the same hardware revision. This one is different — the MAC range is from a batch we haven't shipped yet.

Hey team — pushed the firmware update yesterday like the email said and now the pin terminal won't pair with the till. It boots, sees the Wi‑Fi, but the gateway never finds it. We've got a busy Saturday tomorrow. Can someone help?

MAC prefix matches an unshipped batch from the Tilburg DC. Either a return that didn't get logged, or someone gray-imported. Pulling the serial from the photo Marieke sent.
